Our Aqua Pelican offers the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation for a beach vacation at Destin West Beach & Bay Resort! With amenities like pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, and bay water access, there's plenty to enjoy without even leaving the resort. The beach access via the walkover bridge and boardwalk makes it convenient to enjoy the beautiful Emerald coast. Plus, being within a 10-minute stroll to food, music, and fun adds to the convenience. The space
Sleeps 8 - no additional accommodations
Primary Bedroom boosts a King size luxurious bed with its own cable TV. Corner wrap-around windows with views of the palm trees and balcony access. Huge ensuite bathroom with separate walk-in shower and jetted bathtub and large walk in closet make this feel like your home away from home.
Your guest will sleep comfortably in this large guest bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and top-of-the-line bedding. There is easy access to the second full bathroom and cable TV, too.
3rd bedroom houses a bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top and drawer space on bottom for storage and the kids even have their own flat screen LCD television!

A door code will be emailed within three days of planned arrived to the Aqua Pelican.
All guests 12 and up MUST wear condo amenity band to access and enjoy the resort amenities. Staff will deny access to anyone with out proper wristbands. This condo is equipped with 8 wristbands. All wristbands must be returned to the condo prior to departure. ANY MISSING WRISTBANK will result in a $30 replacement fee per band.

Extended stays inquiries during the off season are best sent via booking request.
We STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE DURING HURRICANE SEASON BETWEEN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER.
Full refund less booking and transaction fees within 48 hours of booking. Firm booking refund policy of the same up to 30 days prior to stay. No refund after 30 days. All rental agreements and pre-arrival forms MUST be filled out prior to stay or booking will be declined. This information helps the host properly set up for your stay. TYIA

July 2024Virginia was always responsive and cordial. The place was pretty clean and the kitchen very well equipped, we loved and really appreciate the cordiality drinks and ice in the refrigerator! Great location with easy access to the beach and walking distance restaurants.

July 2024Loved staying here! GREAT location to enjoy the bay and the gulf. It was a nice touch to find a full bag of ice ready for use in the freezer. Virginia as very responsive with our questions prior to and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again next time!

All the amenities were great, condo had a great view, easy to get in and out of since it was close to the elevator, as well as Virginia was extremely responsive with the few questions that we had. D- (the pool watch-dog) was AWESOME!!! Friendly and keeping a close eye on everyone. We will be back!

August 2024Our family had a great stay. Condo was clean, everything we needed for a great stay was provided. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening playing games together after dinner. The Lazy River was a family favorite. Close to restaurants and things to do. Viriginia responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely book this condo again.

CANCELLATION. The total amount due, including the base rates, taxes, and fees are displayed on the checkout webpage for the Vacation Rental. A portion of your total payment may be due upon checkout, as indicated in the “amount to be charged now” line. The balance is due before arrival within the schedule indicated on the reservation webpage. Please review these amounts carefully. You may cancel your booking at any time, however, all amounts that have been paid prior to your cancellation will be non-refundable unless specifically indicated otherwise at checkout. Please review the specific cancellation and refund terms in the listing you are reserving prior to checkout as exceptions will not be made once your reservation is confirmed.
